By creating an account or using Cadence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Cadence is an AI-powered running coach that creates personalized training plans and provides coaching recommendations. The service is provided "as is" and is intended as a training aid, not medical advice.

Cadence is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You train at your own risk.

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. AI coaching

Cadence uses artificial intelligence to generate training plans and coaching feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Training plans are suggestions based on the information you provide — they are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

5. Health data

If you grant HealthKit access, Cadence reads workout data to enrich your training log. You can revoke this access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how health data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

Cadence, including its name, design, and content, is the property of its creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission. Your training data remains yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence and its creators shall not be liable for any injury, health issue, or loss arising from the use of the app or following AI-generated training recommendations. Use the app at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
