The RunCadence application backend is hosted by Railway Corp. (United States) in an EU-region cluster. Database and authentication services are provided by Supabase Inc. (United States) in an EU-region cluster.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of runcadence.app (texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, source code, layout, and design) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of Cadence (SASU), except where third-party assets are clearly attributed (e.g., Apple, Garmin, Coros marks).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or commercial exploitation of all or part of the site, in any medium, without the prior express written authorization of Cadence (SASU) is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
RunCadence™ is a trademark of Cadence (SASU), filed at the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI) under registration number 5261493 on 25 May 2026, in Nice classes 9, 41, and 42. The mark is currently pending registration; the ® symbol will be used once registration is finalized.
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data carried out via the RunCadence application is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Users in the European Union exercise their rights under the GDPR by contacting contact@runcadence.app.
6. Cookies
The marketing site runcadence.app does not set advertising cookies. Strictly-necessary technical cookies (e.g., language preference) may be stored locally on your device. The RunCadence mobile application does not use cookies; product analytics inside the app are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site or the application falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
8. Reporting illegal content
To report content you believe to be illegal, please write to contact@runcadence.app with a detailed description of the content and its location. We will review every report in good faith and act in accordance with applicable law.
