Honest answers, no marketing.

What happens during the 14-day trial?

You get full access to RunCadence. You won't be charged until day 15. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The trial is offered once per Apple ID.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, or from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes. The App Store handles the proration automatically. Your annual access starts the moment you switch.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. RunCadence works fully on iPhone. An Apple Watch makes structured workouts richer (pace cues, haptics). Garmin support is coming.

When will Garmin watches be compatible?

We're aiming for Q3 2026, with end of 2026 as the hard deadline. RunCadence joined Garmin's developer programme and structured workout push is in active development. Coros and Suunto are on the roadmap once Garmin lands.

Why is there no free tier?

Because the coach is the product. We'd rather give you 14 honest days than a permanently watered-down version. If RunCadence isn't worth €12.50/mo to you after two weeks, we'd rather you not pay.

Who's behind RunCadence?

A small team of runners building the coach we wished we had. Read more in Pulse, or write to us at contact@runcadence.app.
